The Simplicity Program Features

Carriers - We have contracted with industry leading carriers at competitive price levels to provide you with quality and selection. Each carrier that is part of our process operates under a simplified rules tariff and an FAK environment. Unlike other 3PLs, the selection process is up to you; we provide options and you make the choice that is best suited for your business.

Technology - All of the carrier pricing is loaded into our internet based rating engine, TrueRate. TrueRate allows you to disseminate the corporate pricing and contracted core carrier list to both your internal network of users and vendors. By simply entering origin, destination, weight and service requirements the optimal mode and carrier are identified.

Freight Payment - Processing, audit and payment of your freight bills with our freight payment partner.

Reporting - Along with the standard freight payment reporting, you will receive detailed benchmarking reports monthly. The benchmarking reports compare your current transportation spend under the Simplicity program to your transportation spend prior to using the Simplicity network. They also identify additional savings opportunities by comparing your current transportation spend to the least cost carrier rate. This comparison is performed on a shipment by shipment level.

Logistics Analyst - A seasoned, professional Logistics Analyst is assigned to every account. They will analyze your business on an on-going basis to identify future cost savings opportunities. The analyst is also responsible for creating customized reports for their customers and managing the account on a daily basis.
